I picked up a 4.5 in redfoot from a fellow member today. He is a very energetic little guy as I found out on the ride back home! He was continually ramming the sides of the box he was in, hence his name: BUSTER! :)

He Has some pyramiding but it is not severe, he recieved nice soak when we got home

After he had quite a long drink his enclosure was ready for him with a nice meal of spring mix and hibiscus flower

I am glad he is happy. My other one is doing alot better. Thanks for taking him in. The pyramiding was like that when I got him. Anyways, I am glad he is happy in his new home.

Thanks for the nice comments guys!

Melinda, I think you took good care of him. The pyramiding he has I have no doubt came from the poor care at the pet store you got him from; pet store staff typically know absolutely nothing about tortoises and their requirements. Thanks for putting him in my care!! :D I

I will be posting more pictures in the next few days of him and his large outdoor enclosure! He is a very active little fellow which is always a positive sign of good health. :)
