Meet Todd The Species-Fluid Tortoise

Hi, first time posting here; I hope everyone gets the joke in the title.

I was given this little guy a while back, but I do not know his species...


And of much lesser concern: He is spoiled. He will only eat blueberries, iceberg lettuce (almost no nutrients) and meats/cat food. He will sometimes nibble at some other vegetables or fruits but it is extremely rare, he refuses to eat the dried mealworms (given to me) and the "Gourmet" Tortoise Food I bought for his highness. I tried once to severely ration the stuff he doesn't care for and supplement for other icky foods, but after about a month of almost no eating, I just gave up and stopped giving him the undesired stuff. My dad got him a calcium block that I think he touched once in the very beginning, I tried to force-feed him a little bit (concerned about too much protein) every once in a while but that is difficult and I am not sure if it is necessary. Suggestions?

I was concerned he might have been a Texas Tortoise, which are illegal to own (some pictures looked a little like him). So he is technically a turtle and not a tortoise...I guess it doesn't matter, but I like saying tortoise lol
