Mexican musk turtle eating : spoiled

So i got my mexican musk turtle back about a month ago and my friend spiked him lol. He eats pellet lettuce and shrimp, he only will eat shrimp hand fed lol. Here's video of my big boy eating. I must admit these guys are very fun to keep.

He is beautiful! How big is the guy? I wish I had the money and the time to keep some water turtles. I once had a baby mud that was about a half inch long. My brother found him in a tire in the rice canal behind our house.

He's a little over 8 iches . His head alone is 3 iches and 2 inches wide .froendly tho

I'm trying to feed him different things, he eats almost anything I give him. I plan to either get a 150 gallon tank or build a pond for him. I haven't decided yet
