I have a 3 lb 7.5 in sulcata that's about 2 years old. It's going to be 60 and sunny today in MI. Do you think that's too cold or will it be okay to take it outside for an hour or so today?

if its a Sunny day, Definatly! if there is a ground level breeze, only an hour or so... if no breeze.... let him enjoy the radiant heat!

Use your temp gun and check ground temps. Check his carapace temps when you put him out and every few minutes. If he's cooling too fast, bring him back in. If he's warming, leave him out longer.

Okay! Thanks for the help! Wish I could bring the little babies out but hopefully another month or so and they will all be outside!
