Anyone else missing their Russians yet?? Mine have been taking a dirt nap since October. I wish it would warm up so I can start enjoying them again!

I have to agree I kinda miss the stumping around their enclosure, and making all types of mayhem, just a little while to go now.

Nope, mine are indoors, tooling around their tort table in my bedroom :)

do you ever breed them or have intentions of breeding them? that's the only reason i hibernate them, hoping it will be better for the breeding. will they breed just the same if you don't hibernate them??? if so, i may keep them up and indoors next winter....

I bought all 4 in February of last year. My females aren't yet big enough to breed. From what I understand you can just do a cool down period rather than a full hibernation for breeding purposes, which is probably what I will try. I'll just cool them down gradually and then put them in the crisper drawer for two weeks, lol.
