Moss growing

Hi i'm new to this forum, and I was wondering if anyone else grows moss in their Hermans hides and moist spots in their enclosures.

It's Nathan and I just started growing some live moss and Hermes started to try and nibble at it but hasn't since. I heard a humid side is good for smooth proper shell growth.
