I have 2 small Indian stars. I have one question about them.when they sleep they constantly keep tucking thier legs n neck in n then take out again when therry are sleeping. Should I be worried? Also one of them have signs of respiratory infection with occasional bubbles around nostrils. Can anyone give me suggestions to cure them?

How are they sleeping? Together? Touching each other? Do both do it?
As for the runny nose, raise the temp to be 85 day and night until symptoms go away.
Does only one have the runny nose? Is the other one always nudging the runny nose one? Is the other one bigger?
Does one seem to be bullying the other? Stress can cause illness and could be cause of runny nose.

What you describe sounds like normal breathing.

They should never live in pairs.

The usual cause of RI is cool temps. The best cure is warmer temps.

Most of the time they sleep together. Yes both do this movement and weirdly do it in sync sometimes. I live in Mumbai and temprature here lies between 74 to 97. I don't think anyone bullies the other. Yes smaller one is doing this movement frequently than the bigger one. I think reason of stress might be small inclosure for them. It's only been few days since I have them at home. Currently I have kept them in a transparent plastic container. I have been giving them proper food and soaking them in water for 15 minutes and then basking them in sun too. For some time I've been watching videos on how to create proper inclosure for them with soil and water dish and a place with shade. I'll buy cone non transparent plastic container today only and prepare a proper place for them and keep them there.

Please read the threads I linked. Those videos you have been watching are giving you the wrong info.

Soil should never be used as tortoise substrate, they should never live in pairs, 74F is much too cold for this species, and the enclosure should have been set up, running, and adjusted BEFORE the tortoises ever came home.

The fact you have a bigger and smaller one likely is signs of bullying. Did they come from same clutch and hatched at the same time? Another sign of bullying is sleeping together, following, laying on food, blocking the hide entrance, all things to look for.
