Those are great pictures. Your camera does a good job on the close-up shots. I never knew about the double top beak before. These old eyes can't see that close in the real world.

That's funny.....my boxies are 10 months old and 18 months old. I have to put my reading glasses on to see their faces....lol.

Keep documenting these as they grow, I'm very interested in how the colors change as they develop. Once skin color appears, I wonder if any of it will disappear as they reach adulthood, or if they will look totally different. I would assume that these will all have color where they do now, and if anything, it will simply expand.

I'm hoping to hold back a few of my babies this year and raise them.
