My Baby Red Foot looks to have a shell injury?

We noticed this weird spot on the belly shell of our baby red foot has anyone seen anything like this before or know what we should do?

It’s hard to tell from the pic. Could you be noticing the scar from the yolk sac? Babies come outta the shell with a sac of yolk attached that gets slowly absorbs and it leaves a scar like a belly button but different.

Need a better pic but I also think what your seeing is the scar from the Yolk sac.
