MY BAY SULCATA HAS BUBBLES COMING OUT OF HIS NOSE WHEN I LET HIM OUTSIDE

As I Said my baby Sulcata has bubbles coming out of his nose when I let him go outside. It only happens when I put him outside. The temp out side is like 75-80 when I do and when I bring him back in he has bubbles coming out of his nose. What do I do?
