Finally got vivarium sorted regarding temps and condensation, well here's Tommy

Welcome. Please read our care sheet if you haven't. I'm thinking you may have already though.
I can't tell if there is sand mixed into the substrate? If so, stop using it and replace with orchid bark, coconut coir or both.

Looks like Tommy was on the road to some heavy pyramiding judging by the notch all around the new growth. Glad that you've got him in a better environment now.

Hand pack that coir. Really get in there and flatten out those fluffy spots. Keep that humidity up.

Hiya, I used a bag of tortoise substrate mixed with coco block
