You say you are caring for the tort for your sister.....is the tort in its own enclosure? is the torts enclosure in its normal place or was it moved to your home? Have you checked on the day and night temps?

Okay, it's complicated. I'm a teenager. So I live with my sister. My tort has his own enclosure and she does too. They are under the same care, it's just she changed a bit recently!

a EXACTLY the same. Wait!!!! I just noticed, I did find a better diet and I changed it before she left and then THAT was when the tort changed! Before the diet was mainly green leaf, romaine, endive, and other occasional stuff
Now it's:a bunch of different weeds , rarely romaine, endive, radicchio, wild chews, roquette, and a salad type.

Perhaps the change up was too much for the tort too quickly...they are so so, did I say so....not into change...creatures of habit and lovers of routine....perhaps you will want to go back to the food items the tort is use to ...then gradually add in a new item one at a time (cut up small and kinda sneaky like), let say add one then when the tort gives in...add another..this way you won't have to remove any items but rather add to the already appreciated diet.....?:D
