My tortoises is acting a little strange

For maybe the past month he has been really horny, he's been going around he enclosures humping all his the rocks I have in there and he keeps bobbing his head and biting his zoo med tortoises caves I have in his cage. I was just wondering if I should be concerned since it's been going on for a few weeks.

Sounds like puberty lol. My tortoise went thru this faze a few months ago. He eventually calmed down after a few weeks.

What species? This is pretty common for Testudo types in fall and again in spring.

Ah ok, that makes sense. He's a russian tortoises.
