My Two Hatchling Red Foots Just Came in Today!!!

So I finally found a good breeder in Florida (reptmart, naples florida) that had young Red Foot's available and the two new additions to my family were delivered this afternoon.

I was beyond nervous waiting for them all day and just wanted them to arrive safe and healthy, which they were. They were smaller than I was expecting which has me a bit nervous but they seem to be adjusting to their new home well.

I know everyone on the forum loves pictures so here you guys go.

Just a small section. 85% of the tank is cypress mulch and sphagnum moss.

There shouldn't be any sand
they are extrmely cute but if they injest any of that sand it can be deadly to such small tortoises
Redfoots need 80-85% humidity and sand is no good for that.
Also should be misting their shells until they drip as much as you can everyday

Do u have a humid hide for them? The humid hide should be at like 90% and they should sleep in it LOL

I have a nice humid hide I made from a flower pot. They don't seem to interested in ever going in it but it's there.
