Nature Zone Tortoise Bites for Russians

Just out of curiosity, are Nature Zone Tortoise Bites safe for Russians to eat? Would you recommend them?

I would not recommend them.

My feeling is that russian tortoises don't need animal protein;

Whole milk powder, dried egg product, whey protein, soy protein, maltodextrin, sucrose, fructose

Also there seems to be a lot of sugars in it.
