Has anyone mentioned that its a really bad idea to let them roam the floor loose like that. My vet friends are regularly sharing stories of impactions, poisonings, electrical burns, injuries and deaths from this practice. Not to mention the ones that get list when someone leaves a door open.

I just really don't want to see another tragedy take place. Everyone who had one or more of these tragic consequences was sure everything was safe and all claimed to be supervising carefully.

Its best to keep them in their enclosure.

Yes I have heard that it's very bad and I never do that ever but,I realized my back door was locked and his food was in the fridge right near him. I really do appreciate the concern and I will never do it again.
