Need help with light fixtures

So the closed chamber I have only has one light fixture and it doesn't work. So I went to Home Depot looking for a prewired/ready to screw in fixture and they didn't have any. Does this exist and where do I get them!?

No that is a clamp. I need one I can screw to the top of a melamine enclosure. I have nothing to clamp that too.

They sell ceramic sockets that you can screw in the top. You just need to use a heat shield with it.
I'm sure a handy man will be along soon with the correct term..
But yes, something does exist for that

i staple gun the wire to the top of the enclosure (assuming it's wood) or you could use a cup hook and secure the cord around it with floral wire (really thin metal wire)
