Hi, My yearling sulcata, made some sneezing sounds, and I saw one bubble come out of her nose.(just one time)

So I took her too the vet,the vet taught me how to inject her with baytril, which took forever because she wouldnt relax her front legs to get behind them.
But I did the one injection(as much as I hated it)

But I am wondering if all of this is me just overreacting.??

She still eats like a cow,and is active.
But the vet said any bubble coming out of nose is bad.

So now I have 8 needles and have to inject the poor thing once a day.

Do you think I am doing the right thing?
I understand the vet says its right, but I dont ever trust medical professionals because of the countless times they seem to misdiagnose both humans and animals.

If anyone can give me some advice,I would greatly appreciate it.
