Finally got to put my two torts back together, I've been waiting for Franklin to get bigger and now he can hold his own. This is a 5ft diameter kiddy pool, I have heat rope below substrate about 40% of it. Basking light, and numerous hides humidity is only 50-60% so been spraying alot and soaking. Once heat ropes warm up should bring humidity up too. Thanks for looking, hope you like too!!

Very very cute. Where in the world did you find a hard plastic kiddie pool? I've looked in the regular places (walmart, home depot) and they've all switched to inflatable.

Edit: I see a few places have the hard plastic, but not a 5 ft diameter one. Tell me your secrets!

Got the pool from Lowes. The plants are just different trop plants or picked up and been holding onto before finding a large enough home for them.

I too am interested in knowing how you're holding in humidity?

My Sheldon is in a specially made plexiglass habitat. Half has a plexi cover half is screen and I'm still having a hell of a time keeping up humidity. In spite of trying everything out there.

Very nice! I suggest finding a way to mount the MVB differently, so that it hangs straight down. Keeping them at an angle like that causes them to burn out very quickly.

Their humidity is steady around 50-60%. I've been soaking daily and spraying all around 2-3 times daily. Not too worried about it. This home is probly just temporary until I move.
