It's an outdoor table that's 4'1/2ft x 3ft that has a hide on one side. I do plan on making a lid, still researching ideas for substrate and a water dish. Had fun making the table, got to use my new tools I got for Christmas :) , will end up making a larger enclosure when it gets bigger. Here are some pics of the process.

Simple yet very nice!! I'm sure your tort will be a happy kid in there.

Should I line the bottom with something? Thinking about the flooring with rain and digging damage... Maybe linoleum or tile?

That is a great enclosure for under a patio roof or inside with lighting. In this case, a pond liner, shower pan liner, or linoleum with the corners sealed with silicone would work well.
Nice job building it!

But I would be very concerned about having it out in the rain, as it could flood very easily.Your tort needs to be able to get to a dry area when it rains.

Very well thought out!

I would keep the hay dry as it molds.

I love the set up!

You play tennis :)
