I have a few "important" questions. My tortoise hasnt pooped in her cage ever. Althought whenever I pick her up she will poop, and whenever I move her from her cage she will poop. I cant understand it. She also peed clear liquid on me yesterday, Im assuming thats pee and not urates. She poops alot when I take her out and her poop is also very soft, and mushy looking. Any idea?

You can't do much about it. The important thing is that she is pooping. The consistency sounds fine and will vary with diet.
Yes, if they are well hydrated, sometimes they their urine will be clear. They only need to excrete extra urates (white stuff) sometimes.
