New substrate and moss

Right I have now altered the lights hot spot 97-103 cool spot 77-83 night temp last night was at 75.
I have got some coco coir is is needing to be soaked before placing in enclosure and also bought some sphagnum moss where's the best place for it? Tortoise eye has been fine now thanks a lot kane!
