I've got my baby RF in an enclosed chamber that he can stay in for 3-6 more months but after that he needs to be put in his big boy closed table. Take a look at these sketches (sorry my drawing ability sucks) and let me know if you think it's good or bad.

Overall is 12' long and 4' tall but the enclosed portion he will be living in is only 2'-6" tall (on the back side) and 15" (on the front side). It will have 42 square feet to roam. It will have tempered glass on the front to see in and the angled top will have insulated sliding windows. This will hold the heat and humidity perfectly while still letting me see in and open it up to feed and clean. I'm thinking I'll use 3 windows. Take a look please. @Tom

I will build him and outdoor enclosure with an insulated house so he can spent spring and summer outside (starting next year or the year after) but winter/fall he'll be in the new design. I do not intend to build another larger one later so I want to make sure this one is good to go.

:D love your design! Yes, looks good. He would benefit from a few hours outdoors, if possible, though.

Looks very impressive lots of room for him. It took me 2 tortoise enclosures to get it right so good for you doing it right the first time! I look forward to seeing pictures of construction and the finished product.

Has anyone insulated their indoor enclosures, like you would an exterior night house? I'm thinking my CHE would almost never come on if I insulated it.
