My name is Chris and Im new to tortoises. So I thought this would be a great place to connect with other tortoise owners. Now I been keeping reptiles for over 25 years, everything from monitor lizards, geckos, box turtles, snapping turtles, red eared sliders, musk turtles, western painted turtles, iguanas, true chameleons, anoles, and afew other. Afew different species of geckos and true chameleons. Well my profile tell alittle more. But anyways Im going to recieving my 1st tortoise in afew days. It will be a male sulcata. Yes I have done a ton of research on them for acouple of months before I decided to get one. Well I just wanted to jump in here and say hey and looks like a great site.
