Welcome! So you do now have a water bowl in his enclosure? Might want to watch the corners and put caps/a lip on them, as Russians are great climbers. I would also suggest getting a terra cotta plant water catcher and use it as a feed dish. It's a bit abrasive, which will help naturally keep his beak wore down. Congrats on your new guy.

Thanks! I have a small water dish for water and I was just going to use the slate for food dish. I just left for the next two days so I hope he doesn't climb out.. I think it's too tall but I'll try to be back early in case
