new yearling russian pen

I bought a 1.5 yr old russian a few days ago, just couldn't resist =] she'll be here tomorrow morning. I am planning on moving her pen outdoors after having her for a month or so, but here is a pic of her indoor setup. It's 4'x4'x12", topsoil with a bit of playsand mixed in, 100w powersun, and a burrow I made out of bricks. Only thing I havent added yet is the bermuda grass. Any suggestions or criticism?

Your pen looks great. Did you buy the pen or did you make it? What is it made out of?

Thanks guys! I made it out of basic cheap plywood and sealed it with tinted kilz, I love the stuff, I've used it on all of my reptile enclosures and it has worked great.

Yes, I just havent added it yet since I plan on bathing her everyday for a while, she looks pretty dehydrated in the pics I saw of her.

I have to ask are you sure the russian is 1.5? Is it from a pet store?

I was a little aprehensive myself about whether they are actually captive bred 1.5 yr olds. I'm getting it from exotic pets in vegas, who I am actually not too fond of, but I'm taking my chances. He said they have been raised outdoors and are 3.5", which seems about right for a year and a half. It hasnt arrived here yet but when it does I'll get some pics up.
