Normal Under-shell?

I was just wondering if the dark chipped spots / various little squiggles / and various colors (yellow-ish and pink-ish) are normal looking for a 2 year old sulcata tortoise.

Are you sure he is only 2? Seems large for a 2 year old.

Possibly just the close up of the pic is making him seem so large.
