Not eating his veggies (red legged tortoise)

I have had my 2 yr old Red Legged Tortoise for three months now and I have offered him chard, kale, collards, celery leaves and carrot tops. I am struggling to get him to eat any greens. He eats green beans, carrots, corn and peas well. He loves an occasional grape but leafy greens should be 60% of his diet and he just refuses to touch them ( except to move them out of his way) I have even tried chopping them super small so they stick to whatever else he is eating.

Any suggestions?
