I believe the 110 is a bit on the high side.
Well i tried pretty much every temp. 85 all enclosure, 90-100* (90 being the lowest), up it to 105* and he just sleep in his hidding cave. I tried move him and he would just move back to the cave.Basking temperature should be 95-100F. Temperatures can be too high as well as too low.
You are reporting only one day of inactivity, so I wouldn't be immediately concerned. Make sure you are soaking your baby every day for at least 20 minutes.
Sulcata tortoises don't hibernate. Have you changed his enclosure or food in any way?Well i tried pretty much every temp. 85 all enclosure, 90-100* (90 being the lowest), up it to 105* and he just sleep in his hidding cave. I tried move him and he would just move back to the cave.
I soak him every morning under sunlight.
The inactivity has been over a week now.
I tried taking him to the vet, the vet did x-ray and said everything is normal.
Is it possible he is hibernating? Everytime i put him under sunlight, after 10minute he would start waking up and finding place with shadows and just go back to sleep.
I used thermometer gun, in my place at night it's still warm. Since i use a bulb, at night the lowest is 85-86* in his hiding spot, under the bulb usually 105*How long have you had your tort?
Have we seen photos of the enclosure and lighting?
Are you using a digital temperature gun type thermometer to measure those temperatures, like this?

How cold is it getting at night? Don’t guess, use a digital min/max thermometer.
It is important to soak your tort for at least 30 minutes in warm water every day when it is not being normally active.
Do it first thing in the morning and feed straight afterwards.
no nothing changes, i gave him tortoise mazuri pellet, hibiscus leaves, vegetables like bak choi because it's pretty much was he eat most of the time.Sulcata tortoises don't hibernate. Have you changed his enclosure or food in any way?
How old is your Sulcata and how much does he weights?
Pictures of enclosure can let us help you more. Download the tortoise forum App so that you can upload pictures from your cellphone. A stable living environment is the key of a healthy hatching tortoise.
Allright i'll try close it down,Because it’s a open top enclosure. The tortoise will detect the environment change. Eating less is not a problem. A fish tank enclosure is a bad idea but open top tortoise table is the worst idea.
Alright, i've only been soaking him with carrot water in the last week and not daily. Here is my advise for you. If you live at Indonesia, means it’s a hot and high humidity area. The temperature right there is pretty for the sulcata. And the enclosure you have right there seems good enough. Maybe you just need to release and let the baby get some rest and don’t soak it on some uanessacry carrot water.
