Hi, just thought I would update you all! I have just come home from university so my tortoise is in her bigger enclosure, and she is finally eating and walking around like normal after I made a few adjustments! Thank you to everyone who helped and gave suggestions!!

Glad it isn't just mine!! She's fine now, back to eating lots and climbing up and sliding down the walls of her enclosure, however a bit grumpy because I woke her up!

She is a Testudo graeca! Yeah I am getting a tad confused on the picture front so I just set up a photobucket account! Dead simple!

Hi
Welcome
Pleased your tortoise is improving.
I have one idea for you in regard to the bathing/soaking.
You mentioned the kitchen sink and plug etc.
I find a cat litter tray or small plastic box partly filled with warm water and placed in the bath tub or utility sink(then if they climb out they are still safe in bigger enclosure) works well and then if they poop in water you can pour the water away elsewhere-in the toilet etc. and frees up your sink too.
It just seems easier than dealing with poops in the plug hole!!:D:D

Hope your tortoise continues to eat etc.

thanks
