Not pooping

My tort isn't pooping, he's only releasing urates, he gets daily soaks, be wasn't eating well before a few days but now he's normal... Should I worry? Currently getting a really long soak because of the constipation threads I've searched... The only different thing is he's only reading urates.... Any tips?

Fed cucumber yesterday & watermelon today, he released lots Of urates but no poop, should I be worried? I had him on sand the first few days, is that the reason?

It sometimes helps to soak them in a large tub. Big enough that they can walk around. It helps move things along.

I use a tote thats about 2x 2.5 and put it in my bath tub. Fill with warm water & keep checking and re-warming. My sulcata is 800 grams and a little over 6 inches at 11 months so it still an easy process

My tort is popped a lot, lol ! There soil in his poop ! Any suggestions? I've seen him eating it but I can't take off all substrate now (don't have coco coir now... What should I do?
