Orchid Bark substrate

I just bought this as my tortoise substrate, can anyone check if it's ok to use. also I notice this is not complete dry, it has some moisture in it. is it normal? thank you.

I've used that brand before. Should be fine.

Read the ingredients list on the back of the bag and make sure they aren't adding anything.

Moisture is normal and fine.
