Meet Salt….. yes, yes, I know she’s on the heavier side. That darn tropical storm that hit us this summer made everything grow. She roams freely during the day, and now has been indulging on all kinds of fresh sprouts. She is 6 and our just a lover pig. She will give you kisses with her snout, just say “Kisses.” She is our “Favorite Pig”, our only pig…. See how we did that.

Wow! She really looks like she posed for the label. Even has the black around her eyes. A few years ago a neighbor on my daughter's street moved and my daughter discovered they left their pig, Mimi, behind. So I went over there and rounded up Mimi and brought her home. Turns out Mimi was a 'he' and he was so fat he couldn't see because of the fat layers drooping over his eyes.

He was here for a couple months during the summer, but the vet gave him too much anesthetic when trimming the tusks, and he didn't wake up.

Wow, wth kind of vet is that? That's sad.
I used to have a black pot belly, Bacon. She lived in my house with all my show/breeding dogs. She would potty in a litter box if she didn't go outside. A couple of my dogs loved playing with her. I rehomed her when I moved to Chicago.
