For how many tortoise? You may need double of that size if you can spare more land in the yard.

If it were my design I would re-think the grass patch. You will be out there trying to 'mow' it all the time, as your tortoise is going to prefer broad-leaf plants rather than grass, and won't be eating very much grass.

Other than that, it looks like a good design.

Hmm I get what you are saying. And I'll probably dig half of the grass patches and plants something? What would you recommend?

Tyler of TortoiseSupply.com (a forum sponsor) sells a broad-leaf seed mix. It sprouts quickly and is very tasty to the tortoises.

We just did ours and when it came to the grasses, we just threw the seeds where ever and we have patches of grass growing all over in-between the weeds we have growing now. Our enclosure looks like a wild weed patch instead of a carefully cultivated and planned "weed garden". lol
