Paladrium advice

I am looking to start a Paladrium, I've been doing a lot of research but have not had a lot of luck. I want to use a 55-75 gal tank, partition off 1/3 for land and 2/3 for water. In the water I would like to start with a baby painted turtle, a freshwater clam, some crayfish and perhaps some sort of fish. On land i'm not sure yet. I would definitely like some plants on both the land and water. Any advice would be greatly appreciated.

Sounds way cool! I don't know much about paludariums, but I'm very interested and will be following this thread!
