At around 49-51 grams for the past month. She eats like a pig but doesn't gain any weight. Lettuce, grasses and mazuri. She eats whatever. She's about 4.5 months old.

Am I just being a worried mom and she will catch up in her own time?

Every tort grows at their own pace and, just like people, have growth spurts. I would check the temps in its enclosure as well as humidity. I'm no expert but personally I wouldn't be worrying too much yet especially if everything seems to be okay on your part and he's not losing weight. Eventually I may check for parasites. But I'm sure some with more knowledge will come around soon
