Just wanted to pop-in and say thank you to the continued community here.
One of my redfoots suffered his (and my) first penile prolapse. Thankfully, I caught it on the daily-check so there should not be any lasting damage as I do not think it was out too long. Doing a search here, I was able to find the solution using a sugar or corn syrup mix on the area, and it has successfully receded after the inflammation went down. I am watching the little guy closely for the next 24hrs to see if it reoccurs. If it does, then a vet trip will unfortunately be in order...
