This is my first attempt to post pics...hope it works out ok.
Purchased this tort about 2wks ago from Tom Crutchfield down in Homestead, Fl about an 8hr round trip drive.

Beautiful tort! Their skin looks so smooth and soft. I bet the round trip and the tort was one pretty penny. Congrats!

Very nice radiata! I see what you mean if the radiations will connect to the middle of the scute. Most don't at that age, but there probably some bloodlines out there that do.

Either way, it is a nice looking animal.

Thanks everyone one for the kind words. I am hoping to add another radiata or aldabra within the next year. It will be an aldabra if i can put up a privacy fence followed by a tort fence between now and then.

Gummybearpoop, whatever happens i'm happy with my tort.
No, I don't have a CBW permit yet i did go online, USFWS, and printed the application. Ouch, $200 does seem like alot of dough but i will go ahead and pay it so i'm not just limited to the state off FL. when i get another. I also will need to find a mentor to send in the required letter...If there's anybody out there????
