#2 flower is more purple but I think I have had white ones too.

I'm not sure, but the first one might be mandevilla and the second one is lantana.

The first one looks like the morning glory family, but I am not sure, which is toxic. I agree with Yvonne on the lantana which is also toxic!! Sorry!

Are there different varies of lantana because I have over 100 of them in my yard and this is totally different? It grows real low to the ground and only in a small circle that sorta vines out. My pics are not the best. I will look up the pink one. It just started growing out of the blue. It loves to be dry.

Here's my Lantana and the other. See how the leaves are more feather like?

I'd agree that #1 looks like some sort of morning glory or perhaps nicotiana...either way it's probably something that is not good for your tort

#2 does not look like lantana...at least not what I've seen called lantana here in socal.

I don't know what it is, but I do have to say that you guys in AZ and west of that have the most interesting and beautiful plants that I've ever seen! :)
