It's wondering of anyone can ID this plant. It's about 5 feet tall growing out of my vacant neighbors driveway. I'm wondering if I can feed it toy Greek. Both pictures are of the same weed. TIA.

It looks like an aster. If it is an aster, the leaves would be edible. However, at this point in the plant's life those leaves would be tough. My tortoises like asters when they are young and tender. To have a chance at young tender growth, cut the plant back to only a few leaves.
For a positive ID it would help if you could catch one of the flowers open.

I thought it looked similar to groundsel. If that's the case, its not edible.

google "conyza" and check out the images...wikipedia has the common names as "horseweed, butterweed or fleabane"...It is a member of Asteraceae

in the past, members on this forum have stated that this should not be fed, but it's possible your tort wouldn't want to eat it even if it were offered.
