PLEASE IDENTIFY THIS WEED

This weed is low growing to the ground. The leaves remind me of carrot tops. Could this possibly be what is called wild carrots? It looks like the blooms are possibly going to be white or maybe yellow (not sure). The picture contains multiple weeds that I pulled up and shows some roots of the weeds. Thank you.

I don't think it is a wild carrot; looks more like one of the chamomile relatives. Could you post a pic of the flower when one appears please.

And maybe take a picture where the weed is still growing in the ground. It sort of looks like verbena, but it's not.
