PLZ HELP!!!! Should I get calcium with or without D3

I am a new tortise owner and I have a Russian tortoise named waffles. I want to know what calcium I should get him. He goes outside for everyday for walks but he does live inside with a uv and heat lamp. Usually his walks are on my patio for 20-30 minutes every day. But some days they have to be quick like 10-15 minutes. I do live in Florida so it’s sunny almost everyday but some days it does rain and I can’t take him out also we do have 40 or 60 degree days in the winter. PLZ HELP Sorry it was long.

Just checked mine and both have D3. As long as it says repti calcium then your OK. You only used dusting 2 or 3 times a week. I scoop a small amount on to a teaspoon handle end and stir into wet leaves and then give them a shake to disperse. Hope that helps?
Just to add......Over time and as they grow they will want more walking time. Can you consider an outside enclosure ? They are escape artists so needs to be 8 x4 , high sided and with a grill top. Search enclosures on here for ideas. I have a Russian and he has an indoor and outdoor enclosure which he enjoys.

Thanks quick thing though. I want to get zoo med calcium and one says with and without d3 which one should I get. Because it says they get d3 from the sun and idk if my walks give him enough sun to not need d3. I don’t want to hurt him by giving him to much d3.

I have the exact same blue label one. As I said small amount only and your tort will be fine

Ok, but mine does not live outside like yours do you think his walks give him enough sunlight to not need d3. And sorry for questioning I’m just paranoid.

Just buy the blue one. Mine is 9 month inside and 3 months out.
