Would this be good setup of where to out lights? Trying to get rid of che period. Except when it gets cold at night again. Rhp on thermostat for ambient heat throughout. Set at 86. Basking light on dimming thermostat set at 98. All lights set on timer to come on at 6am and go off at 8pm. Only the RHP will stay on always. Believe this will keep his heat good at 77 or so at night where he sleeps. Hoping.

Since you have T5 UVB lamp - don't put another UVB source in the double-dome. UVB strength is additive - you can create zones of over-exposure. But you can put a LED bulb there, instead.

I would swap places for RHP and T5 fixture. This way you can provide darker sleeping quarters with supplemental night heating from RHP and bright basking area for the day. Placing T5 fixture along the long wall will give better UV coverage.

I did change it up a bit. But i should put the rhp on the cool side for ambient heat instead of on warm side? That way I can use it instead of che for night heat? I haye that thing even if it is set at 77
But that kinda makes sense. Lol. Cause that would still help the ambient temp throughout enclosure. And keep all heat/uvauvb one-sided more. Right now still adjusting and monitoring temps. But this may help me get temps regulated better on each side. Temps are patchy with it being a bigger enclosure. Like it will be 93 in some places. 100 in one. And then 88 here and there. Also if I move rhp to cool side and put more ambient lighting instead of other uvb bulb, can I just use any regular house bulb? Like what is a nono when it comes to ambient lighting? Gonna put short clip of setup i got right now But can easily move rhp to cool side . Think t5 needs to be on that wall too. Thats where it was before i changed everything.😆177926288529149883690862205686.jpg
