Predator proof box turtle enclosure

I thought I'd share some photos of my handmade outdoor box turtle enclosure. It houses my 1.2 group of Eastern box turtles. I used black forest mulch, hostas, day lilies, and plastic pots for hide boxes. The latch is also lockable to prevent predators (and people) from opening it.

Looks nice! Thanks for sharing, I was planning on something for outside as well. We have lots of raccoons and opossums in Michigan. :p

It is nice. I also think it might be a bit small for three turtles. Maybe add onto The side of it, just cut a doorway or two for them to go through and it will also make a nice site barrier. And you can put another lid on the second half. Some more plants and some dried up leaves and they'll be very happy. I also made a secure top on mine, overkill but I don't care :)
