Purple Henbit

Hello, I believe these are purple henbits? Are they safe for a russian tortoise hatchling to eat and if so how often? Thanks.

henbit and creeping charlie look an awful lot alike. I can't see your pictures clearly enough to tell if you truly do have henbit. Creeping charlie is toxic.
