Q re Roadkill eggs

What do terrapin eggs look like? After roadkill Found two light cream colored sacs, tearlike shape.. one was in tact the other sac had been damaged

Turtle, tortoise, lizard eggs are all basically the same. . . a hard shelled oblong or round egg, like a small chicken egg. They sometines resemble a ping ping ball, or an egg-like pecan.

I'm thinking the same things, same questions! I am determined to learn how to remove the eggs without getting grossed out too. I don't know how to dissect a turtle.. yea here is a wetland institute in Stone Harbor, I'll see what they suggest.
You can cut into the body cavity through a rear leg hole.
