Radiated tortoise problem

Hello.. My pet radiated tortoise of about (>5 yrs in age but I've had him/her for about 6 months) has started behaving strangely. Specifically, when it walks, it looks as though it has hind leg spasms. It makes a butt-shaking movement..

It still eats well and drinks some water occasionally. I'm very worried though. Anyone has any idea why this is happening?

Do you feed calcium-rich foods or supplement with calcium? Does the tortoise ever get real sunshine? Do you have a UVB bulb and how old is the bulb?
