Sorry if this is a little off topic but I'm sure there's some one one here with Tegus, I'm trying to add and build my reptile room up. So which tegu is more easy? As in easy I mean easy to tame and which is (more likely to go to a vet?

They are roughly the same as far as hardiness and adaptability.

I've raised several of both and in my experience the B&Ws are a bit more outgoing and bold, but also have a tendency to be more aggressive. The reds tend to be shyer and less bold or active in comparison, but less likely to be aggressive later on in life when they get big.

I love both and couldn't pick a favorite if you made me.
