Red-footed Tortoise

Hello, my tortoise is 8 centimeters long and ways 60 grams... He has brown discoloration on his belly and it is a bit wavy. He is 7 months old. He has been eating fine but I am worried about how small he is. Does anyone know if this is abnormal?

60 grams is pretty light for a 7 month old. I'd also like to see pictures of the tortoise and his enclosure.
