Renovating/ building a new enclosure

Hello everyone, hope you’re having a great day! I am planning on building a new outdoor enclosure for my tort and renovating his indoor one. I was wondering anyone had any suggestions or advice about what live plants I should be included, what soil/stones should be provided, and what enrichment I should include. Thank you!

My outdoor pens have sturdy Spider plants, Lyriopi and mulch and grass.
Remove any stones small enough to eat or large enough to be a tipping hazard.
Install a water pool or pan that is large enough for them to climb inside with sides rough enough to provide traction to climb out.
